Eden is a 7yo aprox 16hh standardbred mar ready to take on the world. She is a loyal, easy going young mare with a brilliant work ethic. Seeking a 5 star long term home ONLY.

She is a character, with a bold and curious nature, and enjoys having a job to do even if that is just marching along the road or exploring at the beach. She has proven to be pretty darn unflappable and does not get hyped up by busy surroundings, other horses playing up, or being somewhere new. 
(She also did not bat an eye at seeing kite-surfers at the beach on her third ever ride.)

Eden is a confident horse out on the trails, happy to lead or follow, and loves to explore new places. She has been to the beach and loved a swim, and thoroughly enjoys riding out down the road either plodding along or going for a hoon.

She has a soft natural frame, responsive mouth, and moves well off the leg. She has a lovely free moving trot and is developing the canter well, offering canter when asked and maintaining it longer each ride. This will only continue to improve with time & fitness.

After a spell Eden is pick up where you left off, get on and go.

Eden was taken on by us nearly 2 years ago after a horrible leg wound was left unattended by her owner at the time. After much time, many bandage changes, and a whole lot of love and care she has healed fully sound, been broken in, spelled, and come back into work. 

​

She does have a significant scar, however it has healed flat and even so would easily be disguised with makeup if showing takes your fancy. 

​

Though Eden is not a complicated ride she requires a knowledgeable intermediate rider to continue her education and develop her paces. 

​

We have given a lot to this special girl, and she has come a long way. It is now time to give her the chance to find her own person who will continue to allow her to become the absolute best she can be. We will be VERY picky about her next home.
